The cottage boasts two luxuriously appointed bedrooms featuring king-size beds and a generously sized bathroom.

Garden

Perched within an enchanting garden setting, our retreat unfolds with a welcoming table and chairs, a sizzling BBQ (please bring your own charcoal!), and a crackling fire pit.

Surrounded by nature’s beauty, the Garden provides an idyllic backdrop for al fresco dining or toasting marshmallows by the fire.

Whether you’re meandering through the charming villages or reveling in the panoramic views of the rolling Cotswold hills, exploring this picturesque region ensures an enriching escape and an unforgettable backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment.

Parking is on street.

The Cottage is very close proximity to Stroud and Railway station however please don’t underestimate the steep hill!

Things to Do!

An exciting programme of festivals and events include the Select festival (textiles), SITE art festival hosted by artists opening up their studios; free music events in August with the Stroud Festival Fringe and not forgetting the famous locally based Giffords Circus festival of fun which tours from April.

For food lovers, The Stroud festival of Food and Drink takes place in May. Winstones family owned handcrafted Cotswold ice cream is on Rodborough common and if your stay at the cottage includes a Friday morning, there is usually a small local produce market at the Community centre which sells amazing cakes and bread, vegetables, meat, occasionally flowers and a coffee van.

The Prince Albert pub which lies directly opposite the cottage has a programme of exceptional muscial talent and is also the winner of Stroud CAMRA best pub
